Innerline Engineering, Inc. is a pipeline inspection, industrial cleaning, and underground maintenance company located in Riverside, California. We have served customers throughout California for over 20 years.

We are looking for an experienced Field Technician Manager / Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing field jobs and crews, while also maintaining and repairing company vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically experienced, comfortable leading a crew, and willing to work alongside the team in the field when needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Oversee field jobs and manage field crews
• Coordinate crews, equipment, vehicles, and materials for jobs
• Make sure work is completed safely and on schedule
• Communicate job progress and issues with management
• Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Assist crews with industrial cleaning and field work as needed
• Assist with hydro jetting, CCTV pipeline inspections, and underground utility work
• Complete daily reports and job documentation
• Help train and support field technicians
• Maintain tools, parts, supplies, and maintenance records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday
• 8+ hour shifts
• Primarily day shift
• Some weekends
• On call as needed

Experience:

• Mechanical, automotive, diesel, or equipment repair experience preferred
• Field or construction experience preferred
• Crew lead or supervisory experience preferred

License/Certification:

• Valid Class C Driver's License required
• Class B CDL preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
