Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate engineering designs, technical proposals, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Manage project execution within the assigned area, including quality control, schedule coordination, cost management, and safety compliance to ensure timely and successful project completion.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including:

  • HVAC and air-conditioning systems
  • Dehumidification systems
  • CDA (Clean Dry Air) systems
  • Vacuum systems
  • Electrical and utility systems

• Monitor and optimize energy consumption by developing and implementing energy-saving strategies to improve facility efficiency.

• Manage facility operation and maintenance activities to ensure stable plant operations, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Lead technical improvement projects, facility upgrades, and small-scale engineering projects from planning through execution.

• Supervise and support regional maintenance technicians, including technical training and development.

• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, system manuals, and maintenance procedures for HVAC, power, and electrical systems.

• Provide technical guidance and coordination to ensure continuous improvement of facility performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant engineering, facility management, construction projects, or maintenance operations.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • HVAC systems
  • Electrical power systems
  • Water supply and drainage systems
  • Process piping systems
  • Industrial facility operations and maintenance

• Experience in industrial plant planning, design review, project execution, and construction management.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good understanding of facility system operation principles, maintenance practices, and engineering standards.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and project management skills.

• Good sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
