MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Engineer / Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works at site. The ideal candidate will ensure all M&E activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements, timeline, and safety standards.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at site.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and main contractor on M&E matters.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support and reporting.
• Inspect M&E installations and resolve site technical issues.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems are completed properly.
• Prepare and verify progress claims, materials submissions, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements (e.g. JKKP, BOMBA, TNB, SYABAS if applicable).

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in building, services & related fields.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to be based at project site.
