Mechanical & Electrical Technician

Job Responsibility

1. Equipment repair and maintenance: responsible for daily inspection, fault diagnosis and repair of production equipment (e.g. mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems), execute preventive maintenance plans, and participate in emergency repair of sudden equipment failures to reduce downtime.
2. Utility system operation and assurance: responsible for the safe, stable and efficient operation of the factory's power supply, compressed air system, cooling water system, water supply and drainage system, etc.
3. Technical support: participate in the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment and provide technical feedback; guide operators in basic equipment maintenance to raise equipment management awareness among frontline staff.

Basic Qualifications

1. Received professional training in mechanical and electrical fields; holding an electrician operation certificate or welder certificate is preferred.
2. Strong learning ability and hands-on ability, with strong on-site problem analysis and solving capability in manufacturing.
3. Familiarity with automated production lines and PLC control systems is preferred.
