· 2–5+ years of experience in jig/fixture design within a manufacturing environment.

· Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

· Understanding of basic electronics/circuit design (sensors, PLCs, or microcontrollers a plus).

· Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in optical device manufacturing (cameras, lenses, sensors, laser systems, etc.).

· Experience with automation / PLC programming.

· Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

· Experience with DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly).

Keys Competencies

· Analytical and detail-oriented.

· Strong communication with production and cross-functional teams.
