• Operate industrial power tools and specialized lifting equipment to safely maneuver and install heavy parts.
• Meet rigorous production cycle time targets to maintain consistent workflow and throughput.
• Engage in cross-training initiatives to master multiple workstations and enhance operational flexibility.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of consistent work experience.
• Physical capability to stand or sit for extended durations during shift hours.
• Proven ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with high accuracy.
• Capacity to lift and handle components weighing up to 35 lbs.
