Mechanical Assembler

Overview
We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing business and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with 30 gage (.010") and smaller diameter insulated wire, specifically measuring, cutting, stripping, micro-welding, and attaching connectors, along with electrically and mechanically testing the finished temperature sensor assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro mechanical components and systems according to specifications and work instructions
• Utilize tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly and product functionality
• Fabricate sensor assemblies using a combination of table top assembly and inspection equipment along with some precision hand tools as needed to meet production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with our specifications
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in electro mechanical assembly or wire harness assemblies
• Experience with small parts and 30 gage (.010") or smaller diameter wire
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as ruler, micrometers, calipers and multimeters
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
