MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Department - Electronics Production

Reporting To - Production Supervisor

Job Purpose - Responsible for mechanical assembly of electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and related production activities as per engineering drawings and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Mechanical assembly of electronic products and subsystems.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Follow quality procedures and production standards.
• Maintain production records.

Technical Skills :-

• Mechanical assembly and fitting.
• Assembly tools handling.
• Knowledge of tolerances and measurements.
• Reading engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Use of Vernier calliper, micrometre, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of torque-controlled assembly.

Preferred Experience :-

• Precision assembly environment.

Qualification :-

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience :-

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly.
• Experience in electromechanical assembly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using assembly tools, fixtures, and gauges.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
