We’re adding reliable, entry-level operators to our production team—no experience required.
Role snapshot
- Cut and assemble components to match customer specifications
- Interpret and follow written work instructions
- Operate with hand tools and measuring devices to ensure consistent quality
- Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and workmanship
What you bring
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production assembly experience
- Confident measuring and reading a ruler; able to take precise measurements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a ruler accurately
