Mechanical / Civil Engineer

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer or Civil Engineer or Architect with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have office and/or site experience, preferably in construction, engineering, acoustic, vibration, or related technical works.

Qualifications & Skills

* Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or BS Architecture

* Previous office or site experience is preferred

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Able to perform and understand load, frequency, and basic engineering calculations.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.

* Basic to good knowledge of vibration control, acoustic solutions, and engineering applications.

* Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.

* Experienced in or capable of preparing material quantity take-offs (MTO/BOQ).

* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

* Able to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.

* Capable of working effectively under site pressure and tight project deadlines.

* Fast learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and technical requirements quickly.

* Willing to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

* Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, technical proposals, and project documentation.

* Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings.

* Prepare material quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material requirements.

* Perform basic load and frequency calculations for vibration isolation and related engineering systems.

* Assist in selecting and recommending suitable acoustic and vibration-control solutions.

* Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical details.

* Coordinate technical requirements between office and site teams.

* Support material submittals, technical submissions, and project documentation.

* Attend site when required and assist with technical inspections, coordination, and problem-solving.

* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide timely technical support.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
