  • Ensure that subcontractor documentation, including quality and health and safety documentation, is complete and kept up to date.
  • Attend and lead site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, coordination meetings and handover meetings.
  • Monitor construction sequencing, interfaces and dependencies with electrical, CSA, BIM and commissioning teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical, design, installation and coordination issues.
  • Support commercial management by monitoring costs, reviewing variations and participating in regular commercial meetings.
  • Prepare and issue progress reports to senior management and the wider project team.
  • Manage mechanical snagging and punch-list activities, ensuring the timely close-out of outstanding items.
  • Support testing, commissioning, completion and handover activities for mechanical systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across the site.

Candidate profile

We are interested in candidates with:

  • The ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
