Position: Mechanical Construction Project Manager

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 65,000 gross

Job Requirements

• Must be a Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in mechanical engineering or construction.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in cost control, project scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project start to completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical works.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
• Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, owners, contractors, and mechanical teams.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, manpower, and resources.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
