Mechanical Crew - HVAC

• Applicant must fill out an online application
• Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
• Ability to read electric prints
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred
• Electrical experience
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• HVAC Experience
• Kitchen equipment repair, electric repair and installation
• Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred
• Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
• Must be able to climb and work off ladder
• Skill in the use of typical construction, hand an dpower tools
• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Other assigned duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
• Participates in snow removal
• Performs repair work & corrective maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $1.50 per hour
