Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Experience Level :4 to 12 Years

Czech and English Language are must .Try to get people with lesser Notice periods

Ready to work from Usti all 5 days during 3 months training period then Hybrid

Job Description:

• Extended knowledge and experience on mechanical designs, Creo 3D modeling, PDM structures and manufacturing of mechanical components
• Able to communicate fluently in English language
• Able to communicate fluently in Czech

Value added skills

• Simulation skills in e.g. FEM, Tolerance stack analysis and/or VR/AR/XR

Key tasks

• Completion and coordination of various change management duties and minor projects relevant to own area of responsibility / components
• Coordination of R&D team activities with manufacturing personnel
• Guiding junior people in the team
• Steering the team in designing components and assemblies optimized for manufacturing
• Participating actively in team development and innovation
• Design and implementation activities within the component portfolio of his/her agile team
• Leading independently new design and change request initiatives forward within the global organization
• Collaborating closely with the Customer teams
• Ensuring and steering quality, safety, and cost competitiveness of elevator products.
• Understanding, creating and steering creation of PDM product structures and needed configurations
