机械设计工程师 Mechanical Design Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Execute assigned projects, evaluate and report the outcomes. Plan and organize the development of structural components for new products as required by the department manager.

执行分配的项目，评估并报告结果。根据部门经理的要求，计划和组织新产品结构件开发；

• Design and development of structural components for new products / Design of evaluation methods for component reliability testing.

新产品结构件开发设计/部件可靠性测试评估方法设计；

• Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers on the design of new structural components and organize design drawing reviews.

协调、配合供应商进行新结构件的设计，组织设计图纸评审等；

• Collaborate with equipment engineers to design fixtures required for new product development.

配合设备工程师设计新产品所需要的夹具；

• Update drawings for new products and components.

更新新产品和部件的图纸；

• Provide guidance and coaching to operators, technicians, and associated engineers.

为操作员、技术员和相关工程师提供指导。 Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.

本科及以上学历，机械专业；

• Over three years of independent design experience in battery structural components, with preference given to those familiar with material reliability analysis or fluent in English.

三年以上电池结构件独立设计工作经验，熟悉材料可靠新分析者或英语流利者优先；

• Familiar with 3D drawings tools like Pro/E, Solidworks, AutoCAD Inventor and Mechanics. 熟悉Pro/E、Solidworks、AutoCAD Inventor、Mechanical等三维绘图工具；
• Be familiar with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949 quality management systems.

熟悉ISO9001：2015&IATF16949质量管理体系要求；

• Mastering the six IATF16949 tools.

掌握IATF16949六大工具；

• Familiar with knowledge in FMEA, quality tools etc.

熟悉FMEA、质量工具等知识；

• Be familiar with Window, Excel and Words office system.

熟练使用办公软件。
