What they need
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (MECHANICAL) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee or equivalent.
- With MEPFS background
- Knowledge in Mechanical,Fire Protection, and Plumbing
- Knowledge in ESTIMATING
- Willing to work overtime during deadlines and bidding.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD & other MEPFS software, MS Excel
Job Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Planning and Design Manager
- Responsible in Design & computation of electrical plans
- Plan review (electrical/ mechanical, plumbing & firepro)
- Cost estimates & bill of materials
- Execute, under general supervision, work along specialized or technical lines requiring special training, experience, or knowledge.
