Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing advanced Semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop semiconductor machines.
• Perform mechanical design, detailing, and engineering analysis to ensure equipment meets performance, reliability, safety, and quality requirements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Programmes (CIP) to enhance machine performance, productivity, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, BOMs, and design-related reports.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, FMEA, and problem-solving activities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment or machine development.
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for Senior Engineer positions.
• Proficient in at least one 3D mechanical design software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GD&T, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and mechanical design principles is an advantage.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, automation systems, pick-and-place mechanisms, loaders be an added advantage.
