Mechanical Design Engineer

We are an engineering company specialized in Mechanical Design, CNC Machining and Fabrication locate in Telok Panglima Garang / Jenjarom, Selangor is looking for candidates for position of Mechanical Design Engineer.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant mechanical design fields.
• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in SolidEdge / Solid Works or others 3D modeling, assembly, and detailing software

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare the part design of mechanical equipment using 3D software (SolidEdge), experience with Solidworks, Inventor and other 3D simulation software to meet customer requirements.
• To develop conceptual proposal and design specification according to Customer's request and able to support to the Sales department.
• To evaluate and ensure the design specification is meeting up to the expectation by customer including the process flow and assembly process
• To generate detailed drawings and assembly drawings for Production Department with preparing Bill of Materials (BOM)
• To conduct for the materials selection, technical tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability.
• To lead for mechanical parts and assembly works based on the design.
• Able to attend to Clients' factory for on-site support if there are any mechanical related requirement.
