Belt Power is looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, designing custom solutions, and taking projects from concept to production, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Design custom mechanical solutions for industrial and conveyor applications.
• Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement projects.
• Partner with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist with reverse engineering, prototyping, and product enhancements.
• Ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, Solid Edge, or similar CAD software.
• Experience creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
