机械设计工程师 Mechanical Design Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 岗位描述/职责 1. 完成机器机械开发设计任务，制作3D模型、图纸和清单，完成相关计算、分析； 2. 负责机械项目设计任务，项目进度跟踪，并确保项目的进行； 3. 负责相应机型生产BOM制作及维护； 4. 为采购、生产、质量等相关部门提供及时的各项技术支持； 5. 负责协助其他部门解决相关机械设计方面的问题，并实施改进； 6. 与奥地利恩格尔的相关机械工程师进行沟通； 7. 上级要求完成的其它任务。 Job Description/Responsibility

• Finished machine’s mechanical development design, create 3D models, drawings and BOM, fulfill related calculation/analysis.
• Responsible for mechanical design project, follow up the project, sure the project running.
• Responsible for Production engineering BOM create and maintenance.
• Technical support for purchasing/production/quality department with related tasks.
• Requested from other department with in responsibility, and the implement the improvement.
• Communicate with related mechanical Engineer in Engel Austria.
• Other responsibilities assigned by your superior. 任职要求： 工作要求/标准 1. 机械设计或相关专业本科学历； 2. 熟练掌握3D CAD技术，熟练使用IDEAS或NX或其他3D软件进行产品设计者优先，熟练使用Microsoft Office (Word/PPT/Excel)；
• 有机械设计经验，注塑机方面经验者优先；有项目开发经验优先； 4. 熟练掌握加工机械、工具、公差、材料、制造工艺（如机加工、装配、焊接、钣金工艺）等机械知识，并具有液压或电气的基本知识； 5. 英语四级或以上； 6. 团队精神，抗压能力强，愿意尝试新项目，积极面对挑战及改变。 Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical design or equivalent.
• Good at using 3D CAD techniques, skilled in using IDEAS or NX or other 3D design software, skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word/PPT/Excel).
• Experience in mechanical designing, in Injection Molding Machine industry is preferable. With project management skill is preferable.
• Knowledge of machining machinery, tooling, tolerance, material, manufacturing processes (e.g. machining, assembly, welding, sheet metal processes). basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical.
• English skill CET4 or above.
• Team spirit, work under pressure, willing to work in new projects, willing to challenge and change.
