Job Description Mechanical Designer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and enclosures for solar inverters.
• Handle electromechanical design, including component integration and assembly.
• Work on die-casting components, sheet metal parts, and plastic enclosures.
• Ensure effective thermal management, heat dissipation, and cooling system design.
• Prepare 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform design validation and coordinate with R&D, electrical, and manufacturing teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Solar Inverter Mechanical Design.
• Strong knowledge of Electromechanical Design, Die Casting, and Thermal Management.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of DFM, GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with direct experience in solar inverter or power electronics product design and development.
