Mechanical Design Engineer

At Fuller Vision, we’re pioneering next-generation glasses with autofocusing lens technology, and we’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong interest in consumer electronics.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

 - Own design for manufacturing, translating industrial design CAD into production-ready parts and assemblies.

 - Work across the full product development cycle, from prototype to mass production.

 - Develop next-generation technologies and processes, applying them to solve complex mechanical problems alongside cross-functional design and engineering teams.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in product development of high-volume consumer electronics, including complex subsystems

 - Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), particularly for injection-molded parts

 - Working knowledge of material properties, including plastics, metals, adhesives and glass

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 - Experience with highly aesthetic products and working closely with industrial designers

 - Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD, including high-quality surface modeling (SolidWorks, Creo)

On-site in our Belgrade office, where the hardware is. Up to 2 days remote per week.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

• Net monthly salary in the EUR 2,500 - 4,500 range, depending on your skill, experience and knowledge level
