Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Creo / Surface Modelling

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in PTC Creo and surface modelling to support motorcycle component and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced 3D CAD models using PTC Creo, with strong focus on surface modelling.
• Design and develop motorcycle components and assemblies.
• Support motorcycle packaging and component integration activities.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings as per BS 8888 standards.
• Apply GD&T principles and manufacturing tolerances.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and engineering validation.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Perform engineering calculations and support technical feasibility assessments.
• Support engineering change management and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure designs meet performance, quality, cost, manufacturability and project timing targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in PTC Creo.
• Good experience in Creo surface modelling.
• Mechanical/product design experience.
• Experience in automotive/motorcycle component design is preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of DFM and DFA.
