Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC products, components, and systems in compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support product development activities from concept design through product launch.
• Conduct engineering calculations, performance analysis, and design verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Procurement, and Global Engineering teams.
• Evaluate and improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Support product testing, certification, and compliance activities according to international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate technical issues and implement engineering solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in product design, mechanical design, HVAC engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent.
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Good command of English.

Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:

• HVAC system design and engineering.
• Indoor or outdoor HVAC unit design.
• Product certification and regulatory compliance.
• Heat transfer, thermodynamics, refrigeration, or fluid mechanics.
• Product testing and validation.
• Sheet metal, plastics, or electromechanical product design.
