Mechanical Design Engineer Required

Role & responsibilities

1. Participate in Product Design & Reverse Engineering activity as per project requirements.
2. Scan To CAD creation, convert raw mesh data (.STL) into precise parametric 3D models and surfaces using CAD software.
3. Cross-verify CAD models against physical scan data or blueprints,
4. Create manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings as per compliance.
5. Handling clients on call or meeting them regarding ongoing projects.
6. Should be able to do project management efficiently.
7. Follow the company guidelines as per requirements towards clients.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong proficiency in Generative Shape Design, Part Design, and Assembly Design modules.

2. Prior experience working in Product Development or Reverse Engineering roles within the Automotive, Aerospace, or general Industrial manufacturing sectors.

3. Good Knowledge of design principles and manufacturing processes for both plastic components (injection molding, draft angles, wall thickness) and metal components (sheet metal, casting, machining).

4. Good verbal and written communication skills (in English) for client interaction and alignment calls.
