Mechanical Design Engineer - Rosario, Cavite

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming engineering concepts into accurate, manufacturable 3D designs and detailed technical drawings.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys 3D modeling, product development, mechanical design, and solving real-world engineering challenges. Experience with Siemens NX or Solid Edge is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for mechanical components and products.
• Translate engineering concepts and requirements into practical and manufacturable designs.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on engineering, production, or customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Work closely with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready.
• Review designs for accuracy, functionality, quality, and manufacturability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related production issues.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and product development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or CAD engineering.
• Experience in mechanical design, product development, or CAD engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX, Solid Edge software.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, or fabrication is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing, automotive, machinery, mold, or engineering environment.
• Experience with Siemens NX or Solid Edge.
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering standards.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with complex assemblies and mechanical components.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
