Job Description

We are looking for a Design Engineer with 24 years of experience in structural steel and ductwork design/modeling. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Creo or Solid Edge and be familiar with fabrication drawings, detailing, BOM preparation, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel and ductwork systems.
• Develop engineering drawings, assemblies, and Bill of Materials (BOM) as per project requirements.
• Modify designs based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, manufacturing teams, and site personnel for project execution.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.
• Maintain design documentation and revision records.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Creo or Solid Edge.
• Experience in structural steel modeling and detailing.
• Experience in ductwork design, modeling, and detailing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
