• Design the equipment for E-motor, engine & transmission test line (concept and detail).
• Design the equipment for battery assembly line (concept and detail).
• Supervise and check the design quality (concept, detailing as 3D, 2D and BOM).
• Carry out engineering document.
• Monitor the sub-supplier (planning/design).
• Support project management.
• Support shop floor for installation and commissioning.
• Support CE for proposal. Primary responsibilities:
• Compliance with all laws and internal rules and standards.
• Designs the equipment for production line (concept and detail).
• Carry out TBM.
• Carry out 3D, 2D and BOM.
• Carry out CTD, EHP list, FMEA and risk assessment.
• Check the design quality (concept, detailing as 3D, 2D and BOM), give the idea and suggestion to avoid the design and function failure.
• Oversees the design works and provides advice on request in case of difficulties.
• Ensures design compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Collects the lessons learn, and share with the team members.
• Prepares the design guidelines, and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical design.
• Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.
• Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group.
• Suggests and gives ideas to increase productivity and improve the design quality.
• Participates in the development of specifications for accurate and detailed purchased equipment (supporting PEM and PEC)
• Verifies that customer’s norms and standards are defined and applied.
• Establishes the minutes of meetings or telephone information during business (customer, site visit, contractors, etc ...) and feeds back accordingly.
• Informs the PEM of any problems not included in the specifications which could result in additional costs, as well as any problems that may result if delivery is late.
• Solves the problems during the installation and commissioning of machines in tk AE-CN or on customer's plant.
• Provides the classification of its documents following standard principle at tk AE-CN.
• Participates actively in the political quality of the company. Knowledge & skill requirements:
• Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above)
• Software skills: UG, Catia V5, AutoCAD, MS-Office products
• Experiences: 1-3 years of assembly line mechanical design, commissioning
• Skill of English
