Mechanical Designer

Develop detailed design drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for MEFPS systems.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.

Review and validate design calculations, load requirements, and equipment sizing.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.

Prepare design reports, bill of quantities (BOQ), and technical documentation.

Support procurement by providing technical inputs on equipment/material selection.

Conduct site inspections to verify installation against design intent.

Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

Participate in value engineering and design optimization exercises.

Ensure sustainability and energy efficiency considerations in system design.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for projects.

Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Provide advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
