Mechanical Development Manager – Airborne Systems

Our Missiles & Space Systems Division is looking for a Mechanical Development Manager – Airborne Systems.

About the role:

The position includes engineering control over mechanical design, leading design reviews, validating design through development testing, defining mechanical requirements, and writing technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer, including mechanical design and interfaces with analysis teams (strength, heat transfer) – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering team management and/or project management – mandatory
• Understanding of development processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
