Mechanical Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with expertise in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Design and Industrial Automation to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical drafting, machine design drawings, assembly drawings, and detailing of automation systems.

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for SPM and automation machines
• Create part drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings
• Develop and modify 2D/3D CAD models as per design requirements
• Work closely with mechanical design engineers for project execution
• Prepare BOM and manufacturing drawings
• Ensure accuracy and standards in engineering drawings
• Support design modifications and improvements during machine development

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD
• Experience in SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor (preferred)
• Good understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
• Experience in SPM, automation machines, or special-purpose equipment
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of GD&T will be an added advantage

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Experience:

• Industrial Automation Industry
• SPM Machine Design
• Machine Assembly & Fabrication Drawings
