Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Our team designs, installs, and services HVAC and piping systems, and we’re known for quality work, a strong safety culture, and investing in our people. We’re looking for a motivated draftsman to join our design and project team and grow with us.

Job Details As a Mechanical Draftsman, you’ll turn field information and engineering direction into clear, accurate drawings that our project teams and installers rely on. This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career in the mechanical construction industry, with hands-on training and room to develop into 3D modeling.

What You’ll Do:

Create HVAC shop drawings for both piping and sheet metal systems

Prepare and update as-built drawings from field markups and site conditions

Support project managers, engineers, and field crews with drawing revisions and coordination

Learn and contribute to 3D modeling of mechanical systems in Revit, with training provided

Visit local jobsites as needed to verify field conditions and support projects

Maintain organized drawing files and follow company drafting standards

What We’re Looking For:

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Associate’s degree, certificate, or bachelor’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (a plus)

Clear communicator who works well on a team and is eager to learn

Reliable transportation to local jobsites

Familiarity with BIM coordination tools

Interest in growing toward design, estimating, or project engineering
