Mechanical Draughtsman – Oil & Gas / Piping

We are urgently hiring an experienced Mechanical Draughtsman for our project in Ras Laffan, Qatar.

The candidate must have strong experience in mechanical piping drawings and oil & gas construction projects, with a minimum of 7 years of GCC experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of GCC experience as a Mechanical/Piping Draughtsman
• Strong experience in oil & gas and piping projects
• Experience in metallic piping systems is required
• Desalination / RO plant project experience is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong experience preparing and revising piping layouts, isometric drawings, GA drawings, equipment layouts, and as-built drawings
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, specifications, and site information
• Experience incorporating site modifications and preparing final as-built documentation
• Good coordination skills with site engineers, QA/QC, engineering, and construction teams
• Previous GCC project experience is mandatory
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to QAR 5,500 per month, depending on experience and interview assessment
