Mechanical / Electrical / Commissioning Engineer (Semicon Test Equipment)

Our client is a fast-growing, publicly listed test and measurement equipment company with leading global semiconductor and optical customers. It is setting up a new Singapore R&D center to build next-generation test equipment for AI data-center chips. Join as a founding member of the team.

Mechanical Engineer

• Design precision mechanisms, motion platforms and fixtures for optical test equipment
• Run structural, thermal and vibration analysis, and work with machining suppliers
• Requirements: degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics; 3–5 years designing precision or semiconductor equipment; proficient in SolidWorks

Electrical Engineer

• Design control circuits, power distribution, servo and sensor systems; prepare electrical BOMs and wiring specifications
• Support prototype wiring, power-up and troubleshooting
• Requirements: degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation; 3–5 years of electrical design for automation equipment; EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical; servo and EtherCAT experience is a plus

Commissioning Engineer

• Assemble, power up, debug and test R&D prototypes
• Write commissioning SOPs and reports; support installation at customer sites
• Requirements: diploma or degree in Mechatronics or Automation; 3+ years commissioning precision automation equipment; Equipment and Field Service Engineers are welcome

For all roles

• Semiconductor or optical equipment experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred, to work with the company’s teams in China
