The role

As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the repair journey, ensuring vehicles are restored to a safe, fully‑functioning and high‑quality standard following accident damage.

Responsibilities In this role, you’ll:

• Strip, repair and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in line with manufacturer methods
• Re‑assemble vehicles accurately, ready for paint and final sign‑off
• Work closely with Panel, Paint and production colleagues to support repair flow
• Maintain safe, tidy working practices and professional standards

This is a role for people who enjoy problem‑solving, variety and responsibility , and who take pride in first‑time‑right repairs.

Qualifications What matters is that you bring relevant experience in an automotive repair environment and a structured, safety‑focused approach to your work.

That Experience May Include

• Experience as a MET Technician, or a strong background as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic looking to move into MET
• A quality‑first mindset and strong attention to detail
