Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and development of bearings under various industrial applications, providing optimal technical solutions, and conducting risk analysis and management.
• Responsible for Develop and implement technical solutions for bearing optimization projects.
• Responsible for bearing components design and optimization.
• Support localization and domestic production projects.
• Support VAVE activities for cost reduction & efficiency improvement, driving internal & external improvements.
• Provide technical support for bearing products.
• 负责工业不同应用工况下轴承设计与开发，提供最优技术解决方案，实施风险分析与管理。
• 负责轴承优化项目的技术解决方案。
• 负责轴承零部件设计与优化。
• 支持国产化与本地化项目。
• 支持VAVE降本增效活动，推动内外部改善。
• 提供轴承产品技术支持。

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree with mechanical background, bearing technology is preferred.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software such as Creo and mechanical design principles.
• CET-6 or above, good English skills in reading, writing and speaking; or proficient in German.
• Proactive, responsible, good teamwork and communication skills.
• 硕士学历，机械专业背景，熟悉轴承技术者优先。
• 熟练使用Creo等三维设计软件及机械设计原理。
• 英语CET-6及以上，读写、口语流利；或精通德语。
• 积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力。
