Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia's construction and industrial project sector. The candidate must have strong technical expertise, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and project management teams.

The position is required on an Ajeer rental basis, with immediate availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical installation, execution, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and other mechanical systems as per project requirements.

• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and method statements.

• Ensure mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Saudi Building Code, and applicable international standards.

• Monitor daily site progress, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment requirements.

• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably including substantial experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong experience in mechanical construction, installation, and site execution.

• Previous experience working directly with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or other major clients is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, where required.

• Valid transferable or rental-eligible Iqama and appropriate Ajeer authorization.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Employment Conditions

• Hiring Arrangement: Ajeer Rental Basis

• Rental Duration: Monthly, extendable based on project requirements

• Work Location: Dammam / Al Khobar project sites

• Monthly Package: All-inclusive, subject to negotiation

• Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
