What they need
- Mechanical design and development of automotive Power Distribution Units (PDU) and X-in-1 high-integration power systems.
- Design housings, including aluminum die-cast structures, cooling channels, sealing concepts, and thermal-mechanical integration.
- Conduct mechanical strength, vibration, durability, and reliability design and analysis to meet automotive environmental requirements.
- Create and maintain 3D/2D drawings, DFMEA, and technical documentation for components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with suppliers on DFM, CAE review, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Support NPI activities, from prototype builds and verification to mass production, solving mechanical and design issues.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with global customers to ensure compliance with automotive system requirements.
- Assist in analyzing production or quality issues, proposing mechanical improvements, and tracking verification results.
