Mechanical Engineer (Bangpoo)

We are looking for the Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical engineer who will be a part of our team. For additional detail please see as following detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Total Protection Maintenance (TPM) and quality improvement technology (8D)
• Equipment maintenance expertise
• DOE analysis
• Mechanical structure related design
• Application of graphics software such as Auto CAD
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery related to control systems of spare parts machines.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure continuous operation of machinery.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements for control systems.
• Update and manage documentation related to machine maintenance.
• Support installation and upgrade of new machinery and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintaining control systems for machinery.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive team-oriented attitude.
• High responsibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Key responsibilities of the ME Fixture Designer role include Fixture Design and Development
  • Mass production of new product and arrangement of equipment and fixture.
  • Introducing new technology and equipment.
  • Fixture design and manufacturing.
  • Maintaining and improving production equipment and fixture.
  • Creating management procedure for production equipment and fixture.
  • The experiment for evaluation of parameter optimization.
