Mechanical Engineer - Building Services

Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Engineer | Building Services | Auckland CBD

I'm working with a NZ owned engineering consultancy with offices across Australasia, and a team that's built on strong tenure and real technical depth. They're looking for an Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer who can manage their own projects, communicate well, and thrive in a fast paced consulting environment with a genuinely varied project mix.

About the role:

• Mechanical building services design across a diverse range of projects including hotels, commercial offices, universities, retail and mixed use developments
• Manage your own projects from design through to delivery
• Liaise with architects, clients, contractors and the wider design team
• Involvement in international projects across Australasia and the Pacific

What we're looking for:

• Degree qualified in mechanical or building services engineering
• Minimum 6 years' mechanical building services (HVAC) design experience
• NZ experience with the Building Code and relevant standards
• Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships
• Carrier E20 and Revit MEP knowledge
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Valid NZ work rights
