What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of other engineering software is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when necessary.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can start immediately (preferred).
