- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Lead engineering change notices (ECNs) and update documentation as products evolve.
- Propose design enhancements that improve performance, manufacturability, or reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in mechanical design, new product development, or related engineering environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work hands‑on in prototyping and testing environments.
- Demonstrated desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic engineering team.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working in manufacturing environments, particularly assembly‑based production.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 2023+ (CSWA certification a plus).
- Self‑starter with the ability to independently drive engineering tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of thermal systems, low‑voltage electrical systems, and common manufacturing materials.
- Experience with design for manufacturability across sheet metal, injection molding, metal casting, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience performing FEA or CFD simulations.
- Experience with PEM fuel cell systems (preferred but not required).
Why Join Infintium?
- Opportunity to contribute directly to next‑generation clean‑energy products.
- Fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment with significant ownership of projects.
