Mechanical Engineer

• Coordinate with the PMC Design Review Team regarding design concerns, and schedules;
• Coordinate with architects and engineers regarding documents for review and keep track of deadlines;
• Coordinate with other members of the Project Management Team to ensure closure of outstanding issues;
• Review Shop Drawings and Combined Services Drawings to ensure compliance with approved DED;
• Mark/stamp reviewed shop drawing, signed and provide remark as “verified compliant to DED” for construction inspectors' use;
• Attend workshops for RFI’s on design issues when necessary;
• Attend design coordination meetings when necessary;
• Attend the Pre-Pour (Concrete) Meetings, ensuring our inspectors have all relevant information;
• Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions;
• Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
