What they need
Key responsibilities
- Confirm design meeting project requirements
- Ensure drawings align with design rules and guidelines
- Generate 2D/3D engineering drawings for mould tooling
- Generate documentation and compile design information for uploading
- Prepare design reviews and ensure key design highlights are shared and aligned during review
- Conduct Moldflow model generation and first layer CAE analysis
- Recommend design feature changes to improve analysis reports
- Conduct design reviews with customers and address customer queries
- Guide junior engineers on design feature understanding and workflow
- Monitor junior engineer progress to meet on-time delivery
About you
- Degree or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or Mold Die Tooling Design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design software such as Solid Edge and Solid Works
- Advanced knowledge of precision engineering design with 5-year experience
