WE ARE HIRING | MECHANICAL ENGINEER – PEB SHED / FIELD EXECUTION

Dhakad Engineering Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our project execution team for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Shed projects.

Job Location: Mandideep, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh / Project Sites
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage PEB shed erection and installation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate structural erection, assembly, alignment, and installation work.
• Read and understand PEB fabrication and erection drawings.
• Coordinate with fabricators, erection teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project execution.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and installation quality.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and lifting arrangements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site requirements to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at site.
• Coordinate material requirements and resolve site execution issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PEB Shed erection and structural installation.
• Good understanding of mechanical/structural drawings.
• Knowledge of measurement, alignment, leveling, and site execution.
• Ability to manage site manpower and contractors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred Candidate

• Mechanical Engineer with hands-on PEB / Industrial Shed field experience.
• Candidates with strong site execution skills will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant PEB/site training may also be considered.
