Mechanical Engineer

• Safety & Compliance: Lead the conformance of all maintenance activities to company and regulatory safety standards, as well as ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose machine breakdowns, create technical reports, and perform corrective maintenance and repairs as required.
• Planning & Documentation: Plan and execute the preventive maintenance schedule, and accurately document all activities in the machine history logs.
• System Ownership: Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and conformance of the company maintenance system.
• Team Leadership: Oversee subordinate performance, train, develop, and coach direct reports, and foster a strong culture of professionalism aligned with management objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the machine maintenance of conventional metal turning, milling, and grinding machines.

• Leadership & Soft Skills:
