Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mechanical design, fabrication and production activities for solar structures.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOMs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with production, fabrication and project teams.
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, drilling and assembly.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of work.
• Resolve technical and shop-floor issues.
• Maintain production and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 25 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication / solar structures.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of fabrication, welding and material specifications.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS/Steel structures will be preferred.
