Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for rechargeable battery and charger products.
• Prepare and maintain 2D/3D drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
• Support product development activities including concept design, prototyping, testing, validation, and manufacturing.
• Design plastic injection molded and metal forming parts for new products.
• Conduct hands-on assembly, sampling, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and overseas teams to resolve design and process issues.
• Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and product documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding, metal forming, and product assembly processes.
• Familiar with electronic product design and manufacturing environments.
• Good problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in multi-languages to liaise with China and US teams.
• Willing to attend overseas training when required.
