• Conductassembly manufacturing feasibility analysisto identify risks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Perform3D/CAD-based assembly tolerance analysis(tolerance stack-up & mating analysis) to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Definebuild sequencesand physical assembly constraints for efficient, non-interfering assembly.
• Review mechanical drawings and provideDesign for Manufacturability (DFM)recommendations.
• Identifytooling types and high-level requirementsfor assembly processes.
• Collaborate with internal and customer engineering teams to ensure on-schedule delivery. II. Requirements Must-Have
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience: 3+ years in mechanical structural design or Process/Manufacturing Engineering (PE)
• Industry (Preferred): EV battery packaging OR large-scale mechanical structural manufacturing/assembly
• Technical: Familiar with metal structural design & manufacturing; proficient in reading mechanical drawings
• CAD: Skilled in at least one 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo/NX/CATIA); able to perform assembly tolerance analysis independently
• Language: Fluent in English, able to communicate directly with overseas customers
• Core Competencies: Strong DFM capabilities; expertise in tolerance stack-up and mating analysis Nice-to-Have
• Familiar with GD&T standards
• NPI full lifecycle experience
• Background in ESS or new energy industry
