Mechanical Engineer

OVERVIEW:

As a team member to support the Engineering Department. Mechanical Engineer also will be dedicated to specific projects, task as required by the Departmental Manager or General Manager. Additional responsibilities are to provide quality feedback to customers. Mechanical Engineer must be able to travel locally and internationally to support customer projects and assist the suppliers in quality assurance and monitoring product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Active member in product design.
• Active member in upkeep toolings for product.
• Provides feedback to customers and suppliers when required using proper methods.
• Support the product documentation system and creating new documentation as required.
• Takes part in Quality Control, Inspection, Manufacturing Changes, Product Approvals.
• Assists in product warranties and analysis of products complaints.
• Actively involve in the continuous improvement for products and manufacturing.
• Maintains effective communication and relationship with all external and internal parties.
• Creative, Effective and On-time completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintaining positive effective interpersonal and company relationships with customers, suppliers and associated personnel.

• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• High level of drive and determination to achieve goals and targets.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally.
• A strong willingness to work in a growing Quality Management System.
• Good analytical problem-solving ability.
• Competent in the use of computers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Material Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering are encourage to apply.
• Experience with 3D scanning and measurement.
• Experience with quality assurance of steel casting, foundry process and metal manufacturing process.
• Experience with QC, NDT and Inspection for steel castings.
• Experience with F.E.A, Solid Works.
